With nearly 200 mobile agents doing business all around Christchurch, Harcourts Grenadier were in need of an application that allowed for efficient and affordable communication between the office and it’s agents.
Each staff member has their own log-in and can be de-activated by the administrator when they leave the company.
Office staff at Grenadier have access to a web-based management portal that allows them to easily communicate with various staff, as individuals, groups or company-wide messages.
In app messaging means Harcourts Grenadier can send unlimited free alerts to any of it’s staff. Figures show that 98% staff are reading these messages within 30 seconds of receiving them, making in app messaging far more efficient than email and more cost effective than text messaging.
